1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Please be advised that all sales on KDT NOVELS are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchased items, including but not limited to:

  • Coins: The virtual currency used on our site to unlock chapters or ePubs.

  • Unlocked Content: Any chapters, volumes, or ePubs purchased directly or unlocked using Coins.

  • Digital Products: As these are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all purchases are considered final upon completion.

By making a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy. Please be careful when completing your transaction.

2. Common Purchase Issues & Solutions

We understand that sometimes purchases may not go as smoothly as expected. The vast majority of issues are temporary and can be resolved by following the steps below.

Problem: Coins were purchased but are not showing in my account.

Solution:

  1. Wait and Refresh: After your payment is confirmed, it can take a few minutes for our system to process the transaction and credit the Coins to your account. Please wait 5-10 minutes and then refresh your browser page.

  2. Check for a Confirmation Email: For every successful purchase, you will always receive a notification email from us confirming the transaction and the details of your purchase. If you have not received this email, it is the first indicator that the payment may not have been fully processed.

  3. Verify Your Bank Statement: Check your bank account or credit card statement. Sometimes, especially during weekends or peak times, a transaction may appear as a “pending” charge but is not yet finalized.

3. Important Notice Regarding Payment Processing

We have had instances where users report that their money was debited but they did not receive their Coins. In our investigation, we often find that our payment system did not receive final confirmation from the bank.

  • “Bounced” Payments: In many of these cases, the initial “debit” you see is a temporary authorization hold. The payment ultimately fails, and the funds are returned to your account. This reversal typically happens within 1 hour, but can take longer.

  • Weekend & Holiday Delays: If you purchase on a Saturday or Sunday, banking processes are slower. A payment might appear to be taken immediately, but it may not be fully processed and confirmed until the next business day (e.g., Monday). Consequently, your Coins will only be credited once the payment is fully confirmed.

Therefore, please be especially mindful when making purchases on weekends, as delays are common and you may not receive your product immediately.
